Liz Wilson is a highly respected Pilates educator with over 30 years of teaching experience and two decades of instructor training.

As a senior educator for Polestar Pilates and a master trainer for Barre 2.0, she’s passionate about training the next generation of leaders in our industry.

Her mission is to make sure you have the skills, confidence, and insight to thrive in any teaching environment.
